  32 <br>Some people have been having problems making entries to the
  33 survey when using Netscape 1.1. If you have problems, please try a later
  34 version.  A good example of this is the Survey telling you your entry is Number 1,
  35 when there are already other entries.

  51 To access each of these forms, click of the approriate word in the <b>Submission
  52 Options</b> menu as above and at the top right of other Samba Survey forms).

  56 <li>If you get an error when using Samba Survey forms, use the <em>Back</em>
  57 button on you browser to go back to form you've already filled in.  That way
  58 you won't have to re-enter everything.
