selftest: remove unused broken client.py

Nothing uses this, and pyflakes points out it is unusable:

./selftest/client.py:60: undefined name 'prefix_abs'
./selftest/client.py:69: undefined name 'opts'
./selftest/client.py:70: undefined name 'interfaces'
