Revert "Use wbinfo --ping-dc isntead of wbingo -p sicne this is a more reliable way to determine if winbindd is in a useful state."

This reverts commit 7c95e56ba871a4e0cb893a5cb5d821e7ff6e6dd6.

wbinfo --ping-dc is proving too unreliable.
