   1 This git branch contains a version of Samba that is based on
   2 the 3.4 releases and contains several enhancements for the
   3 production use of Samba in a clustered environment with CTDB,
   4 especially with a focus on the support of some features of
   5 the GPFS file system, and a few patches that have not been
   6 accepted upstream yet.

   8 This branch is regularly _re-based_ on top of the upstream
   9 branch v3-4-test which collects the reviewed bug-fix patches
  10 for the next 3.4.X release.
