  16 your making, using, selling, offering for sale, or importing an implementation of all
  17 required portions of the Specification.
  18 * Each Contributor reserves all of its rights not expressly granted above. No
  19 additional rights other than those described above are granted by implication,
  20 exhaustion, estoppel or otherwise.
  21 * The licenses and promises made above do not extend to any technologies that
  22 may be referenced by the Specification or that may be required in order to
  23 implement the Specification.
  24 * The Contributors do not give any assurance that any of its intellectual property
  25 rights cover your implementation or are enforceable.
  26 * Each Contributor may revoke its license and/or promise granted above if you or
  27 anyone affiliated with you allege that the Contributor’s implementation of any
  28 portion of the Specification infringes any of your or your affiliates’ patent rights.
  29 * THE CONTRIBUTIONS AND SPECIFICATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND
  30 THE CONTRIBUTORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AND

  32 BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY,
